Hi Mikayla,
Have not seen any posts from you for some time.
It is my belief that Derm will delay the Court action for as long as they can, preferably to after the State elections next year.
Alternativley:
They may come to their senses & settle out of court in view of the overwhelming evidence against them.
Even as late as this week Derm have demonstrated there incompetence which may be viewed on earlier posts or the ABC News.
Suggest you look at earler posts this week.
