Allocation can be withdrawn or held back very quickly, that is why there are targets to be met.
We also have an election here very soon and the Labor government are on the nose rurally, they want a positive productive story to sell.
There is no coincidence between the deadlines set and the election date following shortly thereafter.

I TRULY HOPE THERE IS SUBSTANCE but I am realistic having been bashed around with the bullshit to believe anything anymore.
Unfortunately we get notification of deals without the detail, the detail has been absent until now and has been disastrous for many.
Take SK for instance, a no money down deal, no penalty exit deal. Laughable and amateur, not worthy. Who is responsible.
Show me the contract, or validation thereof, nothing else matters.
