Yeah I don't know what the primary driver for isolating the state, while most of us continued on business as usual, but for sure outpacing facilities would be a big factor simply for standard of care .

I think there's a certain amount of theatre going on with both the media and the nursing unions. It's new territory for QLD health workers having to deal with big admissions numbers and very inconvenient given their holiday expectations have been spoiled by opening the borders to the great unwashed (something many QLDrs didn't want to happen)
