If someone starts a fight in a pub after leaving one, they should be banned from pubs and clubs nation-wide after 3pm for 5 years. They'll wish they hadn't done it when they miss every social event after 3pm. They should be banned from clubs completely for 5 years.
If you're going to do this, then do it properly I say.
3 months ban for a repeat offender is just BS in my opinion.
