Vic Park is a great area. Don't think it is Labor held. It is a Brisbane City asset. Has not been neglected, but was recently changed from golf course to parkland. The driving range, restaurant, and conference facilities are used a lot and it is opposite the RNA showgrounds and one of the major hospitals. It has busways adjoining it and is close to train stations. Also adjoins Queensland University of Technology and Kelvin Grove State School.
