Yes I know what you mean. I have been around the Perth stadium, and it is impressive with easy access into it. Vic Park is large enough but I like the idea of a massive green space/gardens near the city of the public to use though. Maybe something a little further out - Old Ballymore redeveloped might be large enough? Getting a little late in the piece to be planning such large infrastructure and redeveloping in the next 5 years given our atrocious planning approvals timeframes.
