Hairyback, I remain of the view that Alan Jones is a self-serving, highly paid, opinionated, motor-mouthed, shock-jock commentator.
Like all Australians, he has a right to express his opinions. Unlike like most thinking Australians, he's been found to have gone beyond the limits of what is reasonable on many occasions.
According to the latest Morgan Poll of almost 4,489 people; the election in Qld is 'too close to call'. Not being a resident of Qld I have no idea as to how important the Jones' factor is:

Given that Labor has so little firepower to work with in Qld it seems that Candoo hasn't done what voters expected him to and the Jones is just one of the mouthpieces pointing that out.
