why on earth would someone 'expect' an improvement?
have we not been through all of the problems? have we not already identified that there is no fix possible?
and if there are good decisions made - that one can't possibly see any improvement for years at minimum - probably decades to gain traction??
there is no quick fix - it was and is not possible
all has been said ------------ clearly as per usual ------------ not all have been listening
