Qld premier,Anna Bligh, has made two unpopular decisions this week banning large areas of moreton bay to fishing and now flurodisation of Qlds water supplies. Could she take another step to allow uranium mining in Qld? She has no worries- three years to an inevitable electoral win , thanks to a hopeless opposition,- time to show the electors that Qld can contribute to global warming decreases by supplying china with clean fuel, as well as helping her treasury. Did she drop into Mt Isa when she was up at Hughenden this week to talk to local unionists and mining people?
