I've mentioned this before, but why can't we pay all sides of the political gravy train the basic wage, in every year they don't adequately manage cash-flows? They'd be far more interested in sitting down working towards a nonpartisan answer to the many problems that confront society.
p.s. and I did forget to put in.....get rid of the state level of government.
