Federal Govt debt may be seperate to Qld state debt, but when you have a Federal LNP Gov that gives very little to Qld in the way of financial support it means that the Qld state Gov has to fund it's infrastructure projects on it's own.
Federal LNP pumps billions into the NSW state economy to support it's infrastructure development and gives next to nothing to Qld in comparison.
The federal Gov refused to fund the cross river rail project in Brisbane and yet was happy to hand Billions to NSW and Victoria for that matter!
