In 5 weeks my youngest grand daughter is going to graduate. Her maths is appalling. Her knowledge of history is embarrassing.
Ever considered that her parents have brought her up that way making teachers jobs nearly impossible?
All she knows is how to shop, watch rubbish on TV, keep her nose in her phone and please a boyfriend. As for aspirations, she has none except possible getting a husband ASAP.
No wonder engineering has become a 4 year course at University. The first year is teaching the kids what they should have learnt at high school.
Engineering was always a four year degree course.

Read between the lines. The kid is probably a genius.

She just doesn't go along with their version of history.

That is, Hitler wasn't a communist, the world isn't flat and Malcolm Turnbull didn't invent the internet.
