The Qld government would be more likely to grant to explorers unrelated to the LNG chillers. Permits non-cash too, OGP. Nice.
CTP is in advanced execution of drilling ATP 2031, so already knows drilling contractor price and availability.
PL would listen to a re-cast of the JV across a wider area, might even tip in some more $$. Or JV with a neighbouring block - particularly as CTP can co-fund drilling.
