    Hi Bos

    The various Government Departments will check the technical and environmental aspects before putting a recommendation to the Minister - I think for CNX that has been done. The Minister has the final say and can either rubber stamp the recommendation or possibly due to some political reason - reject the recommendation or ask for more info.
