    Hi Scint,

    is that correct, doesn't only one government environmental department make recommendations to the state government?

    Also as the QLD mines dept are the lead agency this suggests it is not going as high as a minister rather they are making the decision if CNX can progress to application to apply to operate under the current framework for gas extraction.

    any clarification would be much appreciated.
