    Looks like there is a bit of traction in QLD

    The proposed Public Health (Medicinal Cannabis) Bill 2016 has been released for public consultation. - released 28/9/16

    The purpose of the Bill is to create a new regulatory framework to allow medicinal cannabis products to be prescribed and dispensed to patients in Queensland and prevent unauthorised use of these products.

    The Bill is expected to commence in early 2017.
