Help - CPH?

I've just noticed these guys - I remember about a year ago
they were sitting around the $4 mark. And now the 10c mark.

CPH were a substantial holder.....and maybe still am??

Looking at their announcements - theres one on 7th June with the title:
"Ceasing to be a substantial holder from CPH"

But the announcement states:
"Lenvoka Pty Ltd & its associated companies ceased to be a substantial
shareholder in Q-Vis Limited on 06/06/2002."


Can someone explain the relevance or the connection here?
I'm confused.....as per usual!!!
