There's plenty of people who have served Cow, as are total scumbags. Serving doesn't mean you're a wonderful person.
I have the utmost regard for enlisted personnel , except for those who demand applause years later and have never seen active service.

Every Anzac they find a couple more who march on false pretenses with fake medals.

In fact a lot of genuine ex military I have met would prefer to ignore Anzac day and just get on with life.
