Crap..I'm getting a little nervous now..not :) ..your doing well so far SL, gotta give you that..it looks like Sydney and Melbourne has turned or started to turn but will Bris/GC turn and turn hard enough before years end for it to be inflation adjusted negative growth. Will it be a nail biter..?
