OME hunters — hold off buying for now, there could soon be property bargains aplenty with cracks emerging in the nation’s housing market, new data shows. National median house and unit prices both recorded the lowest rate of quarterly growth in a year, according to an Australian Property Monitors (APM) report out today. Across the country, median house prices increased by just 2 per cent, units 1.3 per cent.
