Thanks. I buy much from a local biodynamic farmer who is not large scale. Beautiful food and full of life. Just had veges and salad from their garden for dinner. It is so much nicer when your veges are fresh and picked that day. So, I am pretty fortunate in being able to access these sorts of people. Natural living is a whole lifestyle issue for them.
I am also growing currently growing my first lot of veges and no chemicals being used.
