I am also going to go out on a limb and strongly suggest that a takeover is on the horizon ... there is no doubt the price is being capped ... the last 24 days trading price is nearing 13.5 cents ... in my experience capping normally takes place to facilitate a takeover.

If this was to eventuate I would guess it could happen any day now.

I hope i am wrong because there is much more value in qmn than a takeover (even at a premium of 60%) because they haven't even scratched the surface.
