    that struggle needs to happen ASAP Penny, that quote from Octavia yesterday really says it all IMO. HR is totally blind to the market or doesnt care. either way no deals will/can be done IMO whilst he is in charge, otherwise they would have well and truly been completed by now, how many times have heard that they are very close and nothing has happened. It proves my point.
