Sorry I should hsve been a little clearer.
I was responding to part of your post: "Lady Annie now values at $700M? Take half that for White Range as it stands and who will complain???"

I assumed that was a rhetorical question and therefore a statement and that you would be happy to have White Range valued at $350m (half of $700m). Not sure if the value you meant would be the value of minerals in the ground or the value of the lease/rights if someone bought it off QMN.
If IGV then assuming 10% profit then that's only$35m profit (not good).
If purchase price another company would pay for the lease/rights etc "as it stands" then that's an entirely different matter. That would be a $350m profit straight away
