23.4 million pounds cobalt; and

Young Australian has increased QMC reported resources by 21,200 tonnes of copper and an increase of 369,600 pounds of
cobalt.
QMC is currently in a number of negotiations in relation to the development and production of their Cloncurry south copper projects. The two main project areas are White Range and in the Sellwyn - Sellwyn north areas.

An Initial Mineral Resource estimate of 2.13Mt @ 1.0% Cu;

Drilling demonstrates thickness of mineralisation increases with depth.
QMC is awaiting JORC resource statement.

Flamingo Copper Mine:
The Company has engaged consulting geologists and mining engineers to carry out resource modeling and preliminary mine design.

Stuart Deposit:
Stuart Deposit - 88% JORC Resource Increase.
Total JORC Resource at project 2.29Mt @ 0.86% Copper.

Gilded Rose Gold Mine:
19m @5.53g/t Au Intersected at Gilded Rose.
Significant multiple Gold intersected at Gilded Rose.
