thats good for you even myself i would make a quick kill. the long termers would get killed on that deal .not even sure hr would go for 14/15 his pay everyyear would be gone .they dont need to take a deal like that there dept is not that bad .you could be right just my opion , nothing would suprise me .if you beleive you figures once again you could be right why not start on trying to get themselves of the ground .long term view i know . and in yourshoes double your money in quick time is great and well done if it happens .
