its hard to recomend trading by guessing what a shareholder is doing by placeing a high sell order .i would of thought you trade whats in front of you hence its a large sell order so why rush to get in waiting to see how it plays out will not hurt . plus the sell side under 9 is getting bigger by the day .only reason i would by in my opion is on good news .thats not to ask for .ive heard all about cap numbers since sp was in teens .everytime it went lower .just my opion its not a good enogh reason to buy i could be wrong
