QMN is and has been managed so unorthodoxly over the years that no one will buy confidentially and hold now, which is why the 2M sell isnt even being touched and the SP has continued to fall.
Until this changes QMN wont ever reach its true potential. short spikes here and there if decent news ever comes out but that's about it until its changed internally first.
