with regards Schwing#2, my understanding is that if it were to come in successfully and in line with expectations it would probably have an inground value (undeveloped) of around US$100m.
One well at Schwing would net AMU approx revenue of $15m p.a with the well having cost about $8m. If you were to suppose that (all things going our way) they were to add another 3 wells then that could produce approx $60m p.a net to AMU.
The target directly beneath has been identified as being around 10x larger and therefore if proven might have an inground value to AMU of $1bn. It sits at approx 18500 ft.
Now we are talking serious dollars. If Schwing proves up then 60c-70c will be a distant memory.
