I have been an investor in STU for a long time but bailed out last year because of future growth concerns.
STU is spending a lot of money in chasing the Cooper basin oil leads but have been spending soo much on exploration that the profits seem to be evaporating each time they have hit another flowing oil well.
You can anticipate some short term runs on the share price with good news only to see it to fall back later as the profit at the end of they year does not seem to increase that much or even goes down.
That has been one of the reasons why I moved into COE as the Cooper basin alone will not be enough for these companies to grow.
STU has been saying that they believe that the Cooperbasin is where they believe their future is, something they still have to prove up.
The good thing with STU is the fact that there are very few shares on issue and the experience they have in the Cooper basin.
