It sat on 10.5p from late January to mid March before a slide down to 9p where it has been sitting up until the last few days when it has slid further to 8.5p where it is now.

But locally, the EXR chart is forming a nice little 'U' shape with the bottom of the 'U' at 18c and current price at 19.5c I think London will notice how things are progressing down here and jump on board.

There may even be some concern about small Australian securities and the Opes Prime debacle - many investors will be unsure of EXR/ELP will be struck with a sell off or a margin call. Once they realise that EXR is free of those hazards they might become more willing to invest.
