The block you refer to have been "withdrawn" from offer. The initial bids were considered unsatisfactory.
The blocks have been restructured and new borders ahve been drawn.

MS has previuosly advised that the block CVI are negotiating on adjoins Matanda.
He also advised that it adjouns the BowLeven permit.
If you add these two "clues" together it may mean that the potential CVI block goes right through, and includes Mt.Cameroon, which is extremely unlikely OR it wraps around the north ( from Matanda) and then the west of Mt Cameroon and joins BowLevens block7 at the south west side of the mountain.
