to say cvi already has kwanza and niger delta in the bag with with no real proof to back that up, will only induce more daytraders and T+3 players onboard cvi which will not do much good for cvi's sp.
i believe being quitely confident of the facts is better for all...
until the actual announcment, i do not believe cvi has secured neither kwanza nor niger delta yet.
