If you are looking at a stock with even the slightest sign of investing some of your hard earned then a little research on your part would be highly recommended.

Apologies if I come off as a little abrupt but in all honesty if you had even bothered to look at the CVI website you would have been able to find the answers to most of your questions there and as for question 1, a search of some of the CVI threads here would have answered that one.
