qol cornerstone investors involved in snu

Been doing some research on SNU top 20 shareholders, and discovered the following

1) QOL chairman, Roger Marshall is also Chairman of Southern Uranium (SNU)

2) QOL cornerstone investors (Talbot/ Citic) are also cornerstone investos of SNU and have a 18% investment in SNU

3) Southern Gold (SAU) has 39% holding in SNU ,which combined with Talbot/Citic, gives very tight register (48% combined)

4) SNU current price 27c .....listing price of SNU IPO on 4/4/07 was 20c

5) SNU sp has suffered weakness cos of 3-4 month delays in activity........... due to usual culprits....drill rigs, native title clearance, assay labs, moving premises, etc

The reason that I am posting this here, is that I think it may interest followers of QOL (and its management). If you believe that Talbot knows a good investment, then perhaps it is also worth checking out SNU whilst the sp is relatively low (at least compared to the IPO listing price)........ and before any awaited drilling results are published , or new gravity survey targets are identified and drilled.

I spoke to management today, and have been told that targets have been identified, and that drilling should commence in Sept Quarter

The sp has been as high as 40c+ shorty after listing, but has fallen significantly (currently 27c) due to a lack of activity and information.

This IPO raised some $13M in April 07, so company has enough funds to complete a 2 year drilling program before needing to go back to the market, if required.

SNU has 11,000 km2 of highly prospective land (for U) in Gawler Craton, covering Palaeochannel, IOCGU and unconformity targets

I bought into the initial IPO , so obviously I think that this company has potantial. If you follow Ken Talbot / Roger Marshall, maybe worth a look !!
