It was black rock mining, BKT. POSCO have offtake agreements, are now major shareholders have stumped $7.5 US to be used for starting mine construction. This was all completed after DFS completion and around 6 months of product testing by POSCO.
There are obvious differences between QPM and BKT. However, the way BKT conducted testing to prove the quality of their product should be an example for our management to follow when trying to secure funding or offtake partners with bank balances that can get this plant built.
