"hubris fro Elon Musk" or not, his words have a tendency to move prices - up or down - depending on the direction he chooses to take.
The fact is : people listen, retail investors listen ........ and then act!
All we need to look at are crypto currencies recently.
Investors made/lost large sums of real money on Bitcoin, Etherium and DOGECOIN, to name a few.
His word - in tweets or Facebook or whatever media he chooses to use, holds weight
Ignore at your own peril!!
