----- either LG or SAMSUNG have finalised the OFFTAKE agreement, making it BINDING.
----- the same company will have agreed to partially fund the MAIN PLANT, either through:
. buying newly created QPM shares or options
. direct cash injection, as an advance payment for QPM product
. a combination of both options, mentioned above
----- this would make the DFS a formality, the same would mean that the DFS closes earlier than projected
----- QPM would enhance it's reputation in the market and thereby attract even more high profile and net worth investors, including instos

Believe me this is big, guys; and I know that those of you who have been with this story for a while, will be nodding your collective heads in agreement as and when you read this.

I expect an SP of minimum 20c by JUNE end ........ this is not an up-ramp (this stock does not need up-ramping)
