So considering your funny feeling, that kind of only leaves Sun Metals (subsidiary of Korea Zinc), responsible for the hematite portion of the production, which accounts for approx $100m in annual revenue on the 2.25x basis (roughly 1/10th of all proposed annual revenue).
Just can't see how this won't be a big $$ deal. Only time will tell now.
