Run TPS at what time exactly? Start a few hours early at what 2-3pm and get at best $50-$100MW/h or at worst negative prices? Wouldn't be economically viable to do so.
You would be correct however, if you had stated that this gas would be used to prop up additional capacity other than TPS. If management can execute on developing new generation, then this is the value you're looking for.
