Interesting stuff. So, if the Altilium process is patented for the use of nitric acid to extract metals from lateritic ore, how can QPM’s flowsheet refer the same process without referencing Altilium? How can QPM claim they’re using nitric acid leaching if it’s not Altilium’s technology?
