Interesting site. It lists GM, LG Energy Solutions and Posco as world class strategic partners, and KBR, EKATO, Hatch Technologies, ANDRITZ Separation, JordProxa and SENET as global technical partners. No mention of Altilium Group or its DNI Process™️ though.
I guess one would need to verify if QPM does indeed own the usage rights to Altilium’s process. If it does not, QPM could face serious legal and financial consequences on the basis of patent infringement. Altilium could seek an injunction. Even if it does, this could still be a case of copyright infringement.
