Tbh it's mostly bluster, there's no uncontracted volume on the QGP and Jemena have no plans to expand it, so the gas can't get to the major load centres around Gladstone. APLNG and WGP pipes also operating pretty well at max.
It may mean more volumes move south via the South West Qld pipeline into Moomba and they might push a bit more down the RBP to feed CS energy's new Brigalow peaker but Swanbank E is already running to MCR so not very beneficial there.
