Retail only has the length of their time horizon as an advantage.
As stated above, for us retail investors, it is really just a question of if you think it will make it to production or not?
I personally, see the obvious risks, but invested based upon my perception of the management, the narrative, and the current market. And see the road map to construction.
What has really impressed me is the methodological nature of the Dr and his team. In my opinion, they are building something substantial and have made great progress . If they can complete the financing they would of achieved a great amount of ground work.
2022 will be the year that this project catches fire.
