I really appreciate the back story about the company.

My view on where to enter and exit is based on TA.

From what I see over the past few weeks, this one keeps making lower lows and lower highs, it is a clear indication of a down-trend.

But the bottom 18.5c was hit twice and it's not gone without notice.

17c is not my desire. My desire is to see this one keep going up and to enter at any price with a clear indication of the high probability that it would go up.

Regarding the cap raise, it's my observation. I could be wrong on this but when a company releases a bunch of announcements regarding the progress of the project to do the heavy lifting during the downtrend to keep the share price in a range of consolidation before another sell-off begins due to a cap.

Just my observation, again, I could be wrong.
