I think your right. Small bull flag consolidated on low volume and yesterday broke out on higher volume. Im only trading this but Im expecting it to break above 20c and start moving towards the upper resistance levels around 21.5c then 24.5c in time. QPM caught up a bit yesterday but is still lagging against other peers like BSX imo.
