larry, these are historically accrued statistics.
QPM is prone to manipulation to the UPSIDE, not to the downside.
Wide spreads, poor liquidity, incredibly high positive beta and comparatively lower negative beta make it a difficult stock to down ramp.
This is evidenced by incredibly low short interest sub 0.1% (which is also high compared to historical QPM SI)
Manipulation to the downside on QPM is just not going to happen on a scale that will impact price.
