    I'm not understanding what impact this has on price.

    if anything looking at past few sessions there is a bearish volume divergence, so big, aggressive buying volume needs to come in, fast.
    lots of passive buyers, if you want price to go up move your orders up lol

    let's see how the russell goes tonight hopefully should define the direction rest of week.
