Price has dropped and will keep dropping along with the rest of the market, small cap stocks particularly, unless diplomacy prevails in the Ukraine situation. Speak of capitulation as if it’s relevant to QPM only and some issue with the company is getting a bit silly.
An outbreak of war in Europe has the potential to cause markets to crash, or at least noticeably correct, because of fear of the unknown about how it might escalate and impact global trade and economies at a macro level. QPM is not immune.

If diplomacy does prevail, it will bounce back to 20 cents plus, it’s that simple, nothing requiring technical analysis to appreciate what’s happening here.
