Looking at this week's volumes vs previous weeks in terms of the 18M overnight shorts - I'd say most of these positions are still very much active. If you look at the short levels, they increased during the recent lows and in particular around the last week of January where the price was not much about 18c. So probably not much margin until most of them are underwater.
